Oregon Major Medical Plan

Major Medical Health Insurance is a form of insurance that is designed to pay the cost of covered medical expenses incurred by a covered individual or dependant. The insurance policy's limits, co-pays, deductibles, and covered medical expenses are all described in documents called Certificates of Insurance. Insurance is a form of risk management primarily used to prevent against the risk of a related loss in exchange for premium. Most major medical insurance policies require a health qualification.
